Year 11 students celebrated their Key Stage 4 results today.  After all the hard work from students, teachers and parents, there were some fantastic individual performances.  Mrs McVicar said “After all the disruption to their studies that this year group has encountered over the last few years, to get a set of results such as this is absolutely fantastic, and is a reflection of the students’ outstanding resilience.  We are extremely proud of what they have achieved”.

We were also visited by the BBC and ITV, who reported on the amazing performance of Will Barlow, who achieved a fantastic set of results, despite going through two sets of treatment for cancer during his Key Stage 4 courses.  They also took time to speak to other students who had received remarkable results.
