Netherthorpe School welcomed 150 Y6 children to their summer camp last week to aid transition into secondary.  With fun lessons, a trip to Gulliver's Valley, drama workshops, daily sports activities and much more it was an action packed week.  One parent reported their child saying it had been 'awesome every day' - high praise indeed and much appreciated by staff.  Headteacher, Mrs McVicar said 'she was extremely pleased to see so many children at school over the holidays, smiling and enjoying the opportunity to settle in early and make new friends'.
