Last week, Great Ormond Street unveiled a fleet of new ambulances designed to make the journeys to hospital less daunting for children. Our very own Hollie-Rose in Year 9- submitted a design based on her understanding that the hospital had the copyrights for Disney’s Peter Pan and came up with ‘ PeterPanBulance’. All designs had to be approved by Great Ormond Street and Disney themselves - and guess what…they loved the designs! Fast forward a couple of months and the new PeterPanBulance will now be launched at this week’s NEC emergency vehicle show alongside ‘Junglelance’ - her other creation. This is a tremendous achievement and just shows what super talented students we have in school.
